How long is my warranty?
12 Month from the date of installation.
I got a new phone, I need help setting it up, is that covered under warranty?
Retraining on equipment or setting up any devices is not covered under warranty. We can help you over the phone at no charge.
I changed internet providers and I cannot view my cameras, is that covered under warranty?
No, changing your modem or wifi is not covered under warranty.
FL Smart Homes installed my equipment I purchased online, do I have warranty?
Customers who have purchased equipment from FL Smart Homes are covered under warranty.
I do not like the camera positions, is that covered.
Repositioning cameras or relocating any devices is not covered under warranty.
My system was hit by lightning am I covered?
Damages caused by Acts of God, fire and lightning are not covered.
How does the warranty work?
All defective devices will be sent back to the manufacturer for further inspection and approval for warranty replacement.
What happens if you show up on a warranty call and its confirmed the device is not under warranty?
In the event that it is determined that the service call requested find no equipment issue, or an operator error has occurred such as retraining on equipment, device lockout, password reset, saving recording to an external device, etc. A service fee will be charged.
Do you provide loaners?
We provide loaners on certain equipment.
