Any equipment sold and installed by FL Smart Homes LLC has a 1-year warranty.
Any equipment not purchased from FL Smart Homes LLC does NOT qualify for a warranty service call.
If you are unable to view your cameras on your mobile device because of a change with your internet service, you have a new device or the app was reinstalled on your device. That is not covered under warranty and a trip fee of $135 will be charged to set up your device. Click here to learn more.
