Senior Technician
Job Descripion
-
Install, service, and replace devices and system components such as cameras, alarms, TV mounts, A/V, and networking equipment.

Troubleshoot & diagnose causes of device or system failures and determine best course of action.

Conduct walkthrough of location prior to work beginning, and site evaluation upon completion of installation.
-
Complete customer education and training
-
Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs; provide recommendations based on best use and functionality of the customers system.

Maintain safety practices at all times to prevent injuries and damage to property.
-
Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure customers satisfaction
-
Inform office when job is completed for final customer payment to be authorized
-
Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment.
-
Keep accurate inventory records of all equipment to be installed, tools, and other periphery components.
Working Hours
-
Typically Monday - Friday; additional hours may be required over the weekend, with advanced notice from the manager
Compensation
-
$21.00/Hour - $25.00/Hour
Qualifications
-
Experience installing security alarms panels & cameras is a plus
-
Electrical experience/knowledge is preferred
-
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Education
-
High school diploma or equivalent
Other Requirements
-
Work requires the ability to lift/carry objects routinely (medium lifting - objects weighing 15-35 pounds lifted on a regular basis)
-
Work requires the ability to stoop, bend, stand for long periods, reach and grab with arms and hands/manual dexterity

Climb ladders up to 32’

Work in attics and other limited-space areas

Willingness to submit to a criminal background check

$16.50/hr - $18.00/hr, based on experience
Qualifications

Experience installing security cameras, and mounting TVs is a plus

Door- to door sales (Business & Residential)

Generate leads for new home/business security alarms, A/V system, security cameras, & network solution.

Close company proivded leads
-
Provide a custom security solution, smart homes, & network solution for your customers.

Learn new sales techniques and apply it to your customers approach
-
Follow-up with your customer, once the installation is complete to make sure they are 100% satisfied
-
Following company and departmental policies regarding conduct and employee performance
-
Attend team meetings to set sales targets, forecasts, and goals
Working Hours

Typically Monday - Friday; additional hours may be required over the weekend
Compensation

100% Full Commssion
Qualifications

No experience is required; we provide training materials to create the most knowledgeable and successful sales reps in the industry
